Once production or customization begins, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed, as each 3D model or printed piece may be made to order.
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and courier performance. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information.
Because many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand, returns are accepted only in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if an issue occurs.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
