Please note that digital products (such as 3D models) are typically non-refundable once downloaded. Refunds for digital products are only granted if there is a clear technical issue or the product is not as described.

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item in its original packaging and condition (if applicable for physical products).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

5. Returns for Physical Products
